How RowXL works

Whether you’re coaching a squad or rowing for yourself, the workflow is simple: capture, upload, review, and apply.

1. Capture your rowing

Record short clips from the bank, launch, or erg. RowXL works best with clear side-on footage of the stroke cycle.

2. Upload & trim in the app

Use the in-app trimmer to select ~20 seconds of rowing, then upload for analysis. You can see your upload history and how many analyses you’ve used this month.

3. Read your report & adjust

Review your coach-style PDF report, focus on the top three changes, and use the suggested drills in your next session. Track progress over time in your Diary.
