Information We Collect

• Account data (email, name you provide).
• App activity & diagnostics (basic analytics, crash logs) to improve reliability.
• Content you upload (e.g., training notes, rigging info, and optional video clips for analysis).

How We Use Data

• Provide app features and customer support.
• Improve performance, safety, and user experience.
• Handle payments and compliance where applicable (e.g., App Store).

Analytics

RowXL uses website analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand general usage patterns — for example, page visits and traffic sources. This data is typically aggregated and used to improve site performance and content.

You can limit or block analytics through your browser settings or extensions.

Storage & Retention

• To protect privacy and control costs, RowXL keeps at most 3 active videos per user.
• Each analysis report & clip is automatically deleted after 10 days. Please export important items before that window ends.
• Other account data is kept while your account remains active or as required by law.

Legal Bases (GDPR)

• Contract – to deliver RowXL’s features.
• Legitimate interests – to maintain and improve the app.
• Consent – where required (e.g., certain analytics or communications).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run RowXL (for example, secure cloud hosting such as Supabase, and Apple for in-app purchases), or when required by law.

Your Rights

• Access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• To make a request, email support@rowxl.com from your account email.

Children

RowXL is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in data centers outside your country using reputable providers with appropriate safeguards.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect data.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide notice through the website or app.
